Cooking is not my natural talent but the urge to present a decent looking dish is.
My cooking’s rule if thumb is: always try to have red, green and yellow elements ^_^ It also helps if you’ve supportive eaters, like my minimal-complaint hubby – even though sometimes, I do question the sincerity of his taste buds :p

I’ve divided my home-cooking adventures to super easy, easy and intermediate. I’m learning to cook by observation, hence there are times where I might burn my food as I’ve never done it 😮 Therefore, I’ll share what to take caution as a beginner cook because there are so many recipes online/videos that looks easy yet mysteriously hard to make! 😀
